HOW IT STARTED


I’m MBA-trained, with a career that started in finance and grew into global brand and go-to-market leadership.

I spent 20+ years at Dell Technologies and Intel Corp. working across pricing, analytics, brand, and GTM execution — launching products, scaling global programs, and being held accountable for one thing above all else: results.

What that experience taught me is simple:
the companies that grow most efficiently aren’t louder or busier — they’re clearer.

The best growth happens when rigorous analysis and clear storytelling work together. Most leaders and teams lean hard toward one or the other. My work lives in the intersection.

Over the years, I’ve worked across all four Ps — product, price, place, and promotion — from pricing strategy and demand analytics to brand positioning and global execution. I began my career as a senior analyst in Dell’s finance organization and later became a global brand manager at Intel, responsible for translating complex technology into clear, compelling value in markets around the world.

After two decades in the Fortune 100, I started Vallenwood Consulting to bring that same operating discipline to growing B2B technology companies — without the corporate bloat. Just the parts that actually move the business forward.

Today, I work primarily with founders, CEOs, and CROs who are navigating the difficult middle stage of growth:

  • Past scrappy startup mode, but not yet fully scaled

  • Investing heavily in marketing and sales, yet unsure what’s really working
